Exactly, there is no list. Every 1-loss P4 team would have made a 12-team
playoff since the CFP rankings started, and hardly any would have even been on the bubble.
Edit: 2020 excluded as a 6-1 Northwestern wouldn't have made it, but I don't count that as a counter point
