I’m getting a new computer from work and I am given 2 options.

Option 1: Dell Precision 3591 | Intel Core Ultra 7 155H vPro (16 cores/22 threads) | 32GB RAM | 512GB SSD

Option 2: 16” MacBook Pro | M3 Pro (12 core) | 18GB Unified Memory (RAM) | 512GB SSD | Space Black

Context: I’ve used a Mac all through my undergrad and for the last 5 years of work. There isn’t really anything in particular about a Mac, other than familiarity now, that makes me lean Mac.

Any pros and cons of each that I should consider, or it doesn’t really matter and just go with what I’m familiar with? I do data analytics for work, so excel, Tableau, SQL
