WVU is not a mediocre team in the Big12 right now, likely. They are possibly a Top-4 club.
I think the big question is, Who belongs with Iowa State? — & I'm not sure we have anyone left on our schedule who can help us to answer that. So for now we remain the top team to go along with Iowa St. With the KState blowout to hang our hat on.
What we need is a game against TTech & WVU. At least one of them on the road.
