we've had dinner with another family who has said that BBQ chicken is their family's favorite. That's great - people should be able to get what they want — so I tried to be supportive when my wife insisted we make/get plenty of BBQ chicken. But in both situations, the kids in the other family barely touched the BBQ chicken and hammered the good stuff . . . and we ended up with a bunch of leftover BBQ chicken pizza that I didn't want to eat later (and I like cold pizza almost as much as hot pizza).

I'm trying to work through my feelings about this and move on 🙂
