NCAA is very slow and hopefully if they impose restrictions, they are taken to court because then they will likely fold. NCAA takes a long time to make decisions sometimes, so hopefully it is figured out soon enough.

With a guy like Demin, I assume a ton of due diligence was in place before moving forward and a contingency put in place if there were issues. Demin is a very key piece, so they won't fold over if the NCAA comes for him.
