Big 12 forced Heather to be more cutthroat w her personnel. The Pac additions were very nice too.
The way Heather's been recruiting the last 4-5 years, she needed to be a little harsher in allotting her rotations. Going more with talent over experience & taking your lumps earlier rather than later.
