That was an incredibly gutsy away win, and Brown deserves a great deal of credit for it. TCU had a REALLY good defense and Brown's rushing and receiving (with a lot of YAC) made the difference for BYU. This was particularly so since Beck had both ankles taped with about two pounds of tape each. He was about as mobile as a fire hydrant, but Brown bailed him out a lot, especially on third downs.
