His wife had issues stemming from pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized for a few days at least. They were having a heck of a time getting anyone from the company to respond when they contacted the company and they dragged their feet for a long time. I never heard if it got paid, but it had been at least 6 months from the hospital stay and nothing was happening.
