Says he really doesn't want more than 2 or maybe 3 at most one-and-done type players on the team
at any given point. He said a bunch of freshmen is not a recipe for success. He wants a continual blend of high end "cream of the crop" HS talent mixed with older players and good transfers. Continuity is big deal, and needs that for success.
