Depending on the airport you may better off going to a hotel near your meetings the first night. There’s much less traffic at 11:30 PM at night. You could be looking at 30 minute Uber at night vs. an hour in the morning or taking multiple trains. Morning DC traffic can be a nightmare and lasts till 10-11 AM sometimes.
