Go to southern Spain. Malaga is a good spot. Find a VRBO/AirBnB with a swimming pool. Take daytrips to Sevilla, Ronda,
Cordoba, Marbella, Granada, Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar, Morocco, beach days, etc. We did that last year with our oldest daughter and her family of 5 kids. So much to see and do and experience.
