My guess is it will feature the Big 10 champ (Oregon? Ohio State?) as the #2 seed vs the winner of the #6 vs #11 first round game. Who knows who that will be at this point, but... the Big 12 champ (or runner-up if we get 2 teams in) could very easily be the #11 seed. So the Rose Bowl is certainly not out of the question.
