Resorts world Las Vegas chop house — the steak is like $125 or more on its own. I ordered it medium rare (cause I’m a man) and it came out medium well to well done. I just explained that it was well done and that most patrons would not be as forgiving as I am so it would help to coach the cooks.
Same type of situation happened at Libertango in Sandy. They offered to knock 15% off of my bill but I declined and politely asked that they help their cook learn from the situation so an angry customer doesn’t make the issue that I wouldn’t make about it.
