I wouldn't say we are the only ones who try to follow the rules. . .

But I know that as BYU tries to follow the rules and report / Self-report a pair of socks. . . The NCAA comes down on us with some of the stupidest sanctions known to man.

Other teams get straight out caught cheating, nothing really seems to happen.
