right about everything, and it's not all a cover up for attractive young people to unravel? Where the alleged bad guys really are bad guys and the attractive young people aren't smarter than everyone else?

New movie the Gorge is about snipers picking off mysterious monsters or some such nonsense. What are the odds they're really just there to shoot monsters that actually just want to eat people and the government isn't somehow evil?

At this point, wouldn't the subversive plot be that it turns out the decision makers actually were right about everything, and the barbarians at the gate really are barbarians?

Or will it be more Oblivion, Hunger Games, Divergent, etc.?
