Whitt is handling Isaac like Saleh handled Zach (starting him before he's ready)
The problem with both situations is that if you are going to shove your young QB into the pool, you have to know that they will make mistakes for a while until they figure things out.

Historically, Whitt wants to win with defense and expects his QB to be mostly a game-manager, and he has little patience for a guy who is making mistakes and committing turnovers (and putting his defense in bad spots).
