WWYD if you had a customer dispute a ccard transaction and then claim
that they never received a refund? If the dispute was decided in the customer's favor, and the money debited from the merchant account, how would you resolve this?

In particular, if the customer is threatening to sue, how would you go about verifying that they either did or should have received the refund? Banks will not give any information unless the customer is on the line and the customer is unwilling to do this.
