Joking aside, I think a strong argument could be made that if you took
the top half of the ACC and combined it with the top half of the Big 12 you'd have a league that is even better than the SEC or Big 10.
Maybe not quite as hefty at the very top, but close, and easily as strong through the middle, and much stronger at the bottom.
