I’m fine with it. Probably didn’t know for sure whether or not there were any
wildcats right behind him. Peripheral vision is limited in those helmets. How many times have you seen some dufus try to scoop the ball only to bobble it or get smashed and lose the chance to recover it? Play it safe and secure the ball on the 16 yard line. No problem with that at all.
