majority of the seating areas haven't been upgraded or improved since the expanded stadium opened in 1982 or whenever,  so they're close together and it's tight quarters in between those benches.

I think people know BYU is unlikely to rebuild, especially since they're starting to add new things like donor suites and stuff, but they still like to say it. 

Holmoe has acknowledged the stadium needs some work so we know it's coming, and people have opinions on what improvements they think should come.  I for one want more of those club seats in the corners.  I've always thought some building type stuctures in the corners with windows for viewing the game would look cool
