I use sumo.I chose them because they didn't have a data cap and it was a cheaper
Option than the others.
I useded xmission before and haven't had issues with either, but I really didn't want a data cap

Seems like the consensus I've seen is Sumo and XMission. I've been with Sumo and have had no problems.

I've used Sumo for a few years now. No complaints. Very little downtime and good communication on Twitter when there is.
