so busy for me lately and I can’t make the gym anymore, I do the 200-2 workout. It’s just walking briskly for two miles while stopping occasionally to do sets of 30-40 pushups, up to 200 total. It’s been great for keeping my physique more or less the same after years in the gym and I can pull it off over my lunch break. I do it every day I can, so about 1000 pushups a week. I’ve never tried to hit 100 in one set. Maybe I will tomorrow. Good work CC.
