Almost impossible. There may be on campus housing he can buy just one
Semester, but I’m not sure. That’s just a place I’d look.
Other than that, I wouldn’t count on getting out of spring/summer unless you get incredibly lucky or know someone.
My wife was able to sell her’s to her roommates sister when we got married. Major blessing for us
