He NEEDS to be able to fire people when they aren't performing. He waited too long on Tuiaki and Lamb and Funk. I think his staff right now is really good, so he should be pretty good for the next 5ish years.

But if they start to struggle, he needs to be able to fire people, something he doesn't like to do.
