BYU has an excellent year (23-8) and gets a 4 seed in March Madness. They make the sweet sixteen and lose in dramatic fashion (buzzer beater, overtime, etc.). Egor and Kanon have good years, but look young. (Turnovers, low shooting percentages, etc.) Egor is protected as the 20th pick and Kanon in the 2nd round. Because of their draft position, and the dramatic loss in March Madness, there is a major buy in from the whole team and everyone who can stay decides to stay, including Egor and Kannon. Dybantsa (who has become great friends with Egor) decides to come to BYU along with JJ Mandaquit and Xavion Staton.

So 2025 rolls around, the roster has Hall, Crawford, Mandaquit, Kanon, Egor, Dybantsa, Staton, Keita, Saunders, Baker, Kozlowski and Boskovic. BYU wins March Madness and Egor, Dybantsa, and Kanon all go top 15.
