Yeah, and I can see Whitt being petty enough that he just let Rising stay out there to punish him in some way.
I think it was clear last year, that Whitt was pretty irritated with Rising's status all year long. I think Rising felt pressured to play so he did, but once he got hurt Whitt wasn't going to take him out unless Rising specifically asked him to take him out, and Rising wasn't going to give Whitt the satisfaction of showing that he was soft.
