Is way off so some look like huge differences but are negligible. Reminds me of a book “How to lie with statistics.”

Don’t get me wrong I don’t think anything is ill willed here. But I really don’t like the bars with numbers on them. You need a percent comparison against the top and show the full bar. Then add numbers. Chopping off bars is lame.
