You know what I bet it is? Not actual attendance but reported sales maybe.
Just like how Utah has some sellout record, but obviously not everyone attended games throughout that stretch.
I just don't think there are 23 schools with 65,000 people in the seats, but I can believe there are 23 schools reporting attendance (ticket sales) of 65,000 or more.
