That Pac conference is a joke and not going to be a power conference. BYU will give him the extension and raise he deserves, to keep him here for years. He and his wife love BYU, and are not going to give up on what he has built, just as his guys are coming into the system. Not to mention that even if USU was a P4 school, his good friend Jerry Bouvee was fired and has a lawsuit against USU and the current AD.

That job has to be one of the least desirable jobs in the nation, especially where they have not faced the punishment from the Justice department report, which they tried to make Anderson and Bouvee take the total blame for, despite that horrible AD being just as bad. She screwed that program with the LDS comment, but really put that program in a mess that will be felt for years to come.

Joining a defunct PAC 12 Conference, whose claim to fame was adding Gonzaga for basketball, is not going to save them from the penalties they have coming. Their fans think they are on equal footing with the Big 12, and have an equal television revenue contract coming in. They have a rude awakening coming for them.
