...him is where does he feel he can win at the biggest level next season and then somewhere down the list of priorities will be the best NIL deal he can get. In looking at him as a player I would imagine he's less concerned with preparing for the NBA than other players in his class since he's being hailed as the #1 pick and a generational type talent and a guy who could avg 20 a game as a true freshman. With that in mind getting developed for the NBA wouldn't be as high of a priority as it would be for a guy like running mate JJ Mandaquit. I think getting off to a strong start this season with this BYU team will be an important factor for his decision making (compared to teams like Kentucky, Alabama, etc) and being able to play in a system that showcases his skills and doesn't have some of the distractions that could side track things for him.
