Is there a team in the country that doesn't have at least 1 player averaging

More than 25 minutes. Maybe I am wrong but I think not having a single player get more than 24 minutes would be unprecedented.

We'll more likely have a 30+ min guy or two with KY than we did w Pope. My tally admittedly isn't cutthroat enough.
