Monetarily BYU would be on ESPN all season long. AJ is exponentially more popular than any other recruit. Eyes will tune in to watch him play.

That type of player would likely lead to a deep tournament run.

Recruiting impact: Virtually no future recruit would automatically rule out BYU just because of it being BYU. He would normalize the thought of BYU being a place you go to play big-time basketball and go to the NBA.

Everybody knows where LeBron went to high school. Everyone would know where AJ went to college.
