I was in one of the lounges wearing my “3YU” shirt (royal army) and I saw him and his girlfriend walk in. I decided not to bother him as he was with his gal but he totally came up to me and told me he liked my shirt. I responded with “I thought that was you Fred” and we got a nice selfie together. He gave me a solid “go Cougs” afterwards and I thanked him. I was surprised he approached me.

As I was sitting with my wife I could overhear his girlfriend asking him how the interaction went (they sat super close to us) and he told her that BYU fans are always chill and good to him, something along those lines. He was great, A+ interaction.
