They both got some really outstanding transfers. Cincy got a lot of good players to stay, too.
With what ASU brought in, they coulda been put higher than us too, I think.
As much as we see KY & his staff as an upgrade — until he proves it on the college level — (all other things being even (which they ain't!)) I think you gotta vote him a bit lower than you would have Pope & staff. At least to start.
