guarantee gets linked back to the original purchaser of the ticket so that is the only person is allowed to resell the tickets because in their (the BYU Ticket office's) system it is the original purchaser who paid for them and from their perspective I didn't pay anything for them because my payment to my brother was "outside of their system".
