If I remember correctly the performance against each quad is included on the
team sheets but is never used as a ranking metric like he did here. Teams are ranked by Net and net is used to set the teams in quads (home/road taken into account as well).
I suspect he is using FPI or another metric to actually rank the teams into quads and then making a different ranking based on that.
