We in all likelihood will drop a game we should be favored in over the next few weeks. I don’t think it will be against Arizona, but it could be.

But the whole premise that BYU always has letdown games when they are ranked highly is silly. To state the obvious, every single top 25 team who has ever played and not gone undefeated has lost at some point. And most of the time to a lower ranked or unranked team.

So there is no BYU curse when it comes to dropping games when being highly ranked. Literally happens to almost every ranked team at one or multiple points every season. Hopefully, we can all just try to enjoy the ride.
