I learned a great trick here on CB.
Can't remember who recommended it so I can give proper credit, so I apologize.
Make a rule in the email inbox that all emails that contain "unsubscribe" in them go to a separate folder. I did it and now everything with that option goes there, and I just delete the whole folder every month or two.
