two additional lines for $15 each lines plus free phones. My bill was supposed to be around $155ish up from $122. Now my bill is $243 and each new line is $55. Everyone points the finger at each other but no changes. I've been trying to get ahold of the rep but she's so far no response. Now I'm locked into phone contracts and lines a never would have paid that much money for, smh. What they don't realize is I can be a huge pain and will get what I want eventually.
