That's definitely fair. The people I know who grew up with more than one
language being spoken in the house spoke French with their mother and Spanish with their father. That was both of their parents native languages which I'm sure made it easy for them to be extremely consistent with it. Having dinner at their house was a flury of Spanish, French, English to me. It was something else.

So unless you are very consistent and enjoy speaking it yourself, it wouldn't be very practical in the end. Makes sense.
