I don't know for sure, but I know that the D-Backs don't work on regular MLB.tv
here in Arizona. You have to buy the D-Backs.tv package.
My friend who lives in Southern Utah has both the Rockies and the D-Backs blacked out and neither of them works on the regular MLB.tv.
