Where are these TEs with the monstrous stats you dream of? There are only a few

TEs every year who have huge years. Even many NFL TEs didn't put up great numbers in college.

I don’t know. Highest rated guy I played with in HS was a TE and he ended up with the best/longest career by far.

Yeah, Todd Christensen's BYU TE stats are microscopic. Yet NFL stats are fine.
