They’ve probably spent $30k on us with even getting to the point of negotiating the work yet. They constantly juggle us between meetings with 10 different groups and have way too many people each time. Multiple times flying them out for in person. They take forever to follow up and see if we are still interested, usually any additional conversation is driven by us. It’s like a company that is run by engineers only. Constant conversations and getting lost in the weeds without getting anywhere or worrying about the business side of things.
