to buy my house in California. I'm in Utah, however my Dad recently passed away. So this guy must have used one of those search sites where you put in an address / name and it tells you anyone that has ever lived there so he found my info. My Mom is still alive and living in the house. I haven't lived there for close to 40 years. Can't imagine having a job where I search obituaries to then get a name and then go bug the family members about buying their house. Already sending a warning message to my Mom about these guys. Scumbags.
