He needs to cut his turnover rate down to single digits as Saunders and Knell have done, drive less, and spot up shoot more. Then he could be a major minute player. Baker can still go to the rim when the odds of turnover are near zero, he simply must pass/cut more and put the ball on the floor less. Usage rate needs to be cut down also, cutting turnovers is the optimal way to do that.
Really, this team has two proven excellent 3 point shooters in Knell and Baker. Would like to see 400 shots combined from the arc, 120 shots each from Hall, Saunders, Catchings, and Boskovic. Expect 40%+ from Knell and Baker, and 35%+ from the other 4.
Demin may be the team's best player but he's a Kyle Collinsworth prototype right now only much longer and maybe a little quicker. Hopefully his arc shooting will improve.
