Instead, inexplicably they threw the ball, Stroud and the TE were not on the same page, it was ruled grounding, they lost like ~7 yards, the clock stopped, and they had to punt. They went from worst case going to OT to giving the ball back to Buffalo. Their punter had a great punt though.
