What’s left after the cleanup process has started. Milton is supposed to be very rainy and Helene dropped hardly any rain. Just storm surge and wind. With driving rain it might hit the structures that were spared somewhat from tidal surge. What a potential disaster! Maybe we should pick a different t wintering location if this becomes the norm.
