Not a good start for Summerhays. 1 over through 5 and has dropped to 10th place. Seems a solo 3rd is what he needs
today to earn his PGA card (note that today is the final day for the Korn Ferry tour season).
Hopefully, the guys currently 1st and 2nd can fall back and people ahead of Danny (overall on the season) pick up the win and second place. At this point, Danny can't have people ranked worse than him finish better than he does.
He needs to pick up 8 spots and not lose any.
Let's hope he can get on a run. I'd hate to see his quest for his PGA card come in just short.
