I just don't see the winner of any of the conferences (even the SEC) with 3 losses. Again, you might have the SEC championship loser have 3 losses but otherwise I don't see any 3-loss teams getting in.

Utah had 3 losses and got into the pac12 CC game and won that to go to the rose
