In that area there is plenty of great stuff. Applebee's, Chili's, Olive Garden
(I kid, but it is true there are a lot of chain restaurants in that vicinity).

Sill's Cafe is great if you are looking for diner-style food (breakfast served all day sort of stuff).

Roosters is good and has a wide variety of food. I've heard the one up in Ogden is better, but I've only been to the one in Layton (which is within walking distance to the Davis Conference Center).

If you are looking for something a bit different, Taste of India and Red Fort are pretty good Indian restaurants nearby.

I haven't been to Weller's but I have heard very good things from people who have.

And like I mentioned, they have a bunch of chains in the area - Applebee's, Chili's, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Black Bear Diner, etc. but I'm guessing you are looking for something a little more unique and not the same old chain restaurants you can get anywhere.
